We are looking for an experienced Cloud & IT Systems Administrator to support and evolve a hybrid cloud environment, with a strong emphasis on AWS platform management, automation, and cloud governance. This role suits a hands-on professional who is comfortable working independently, delivering outcomes, and supporting secure, well-governed cloud services. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting and administering AWS environments across multiple accounts Managing identity and access controls, including IAM roles, policies, and federated access Maintaining AWS Organisations and governance controls such as SCPs and account policies Delivering infrastructure deployments using Terraform and GitHub Enterprise Building and maintaining infrastructure templates and automation using CloudFormation, CLI tools, and scripting Analysing cloud usage, cost, and operational data using BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and SQL Ensuring cloud platforms align with security, architecture, and operational standards Producing clear, practical technical documentation Contributing to project-based work while supporting ongoing operational needs Working within established change, incident, and configuration management processes What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with AWS hybrid cloud environments Proven knowledge of: AWS accounts, Organisations, Config, and Service Control Policies AWS Control Tower Solid understanding of cloud identity and access management, including SSO and federation (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC) Experience designing and managing custom IAM policies Demonstrated experience deploying cloud infrastructure using Terraform and version control platforms Ability to work with JSON and YAML templates Practical understanding of cloud security (networking, encryption, logging, monitoring, auditing) Strong PowerShell scripting skills (additional scripting languages advantageous) Nice to Have Exposure to Azure cloud environments Windows Server and SQL Server administration experience Background working in enterprise-scale environments Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capability Please submit your application through the link provided, any queires email jessica.mai@hudson.com quote REF248367 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
