Are you ready to take your career to the next level and work with some of the world's biggest retailers — including Macy's, Nordstrom, The Iconic, and Myer? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketplace Coordinator to help manage and grow our global online marketplace partnerships.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll be hands-on across day-to-day operations — from product uploads and content optimisation to campaign coordination and ensuring our customers receive a seamless shopping experience, no matter where they shop our brand.
What You'll Do
* Manage the daily operations of the global marketplace and dropship channels
* Maintain, optimise, and monitor product listings to ensure accuracy, availability, and SEO best practices
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather product data and update systems across multiple platforms
* Partner with third-party warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
* Resolve customer service issues and respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally
* Maintain promotional calendars and marketing reports for marketplace partners
* Support marketing and conversion optimisation initiatives across channel stores
* Ensure all brand content meets visual and messaging guidelines across each retailer's site
* Provide ad-hoc support for marketplace-related issues to ensure channels remain live and operational
What You'll Bring

* Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace; experience with eCommerce platforms advantageous)
Your Background
* 1+ year of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or Marketing — recent graduates encouraged to apply
* Experience within an eCommerce environment highly regarded but not essential
* Prior experience in administration, customer service or retail an advantage
* Qualifications in Marketing, eCommerce, Media, or Communications preferred but not essential
