The Position
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll lead key finance operations, manage a small team, and contribute to strategic business projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional to make a tangible impact on performance, processes, and growth initiatives.
* Oversee month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, and ensure GST/BAS/ABS compliance
* Supervise AP/AR, prepare cash flow forecasts, and support KPI reporting and FX management
* Ensure data accuracy, maintain strong internal controls, and act as ERP SME
* Manage and develop a small finance team (2 direct reports)
* Contribute to company-wide initiatives including Funding for Growth and Vegas projects
The Candidate
We're seeking a hands-on Finance Manager with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. You'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and bring a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
* A degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or CA qualification
* Solid experience in financial accounting, month/year-end close, and reporting
* Previous experience in FMCG or corporate finance environments preferred
* Strong understanding of internal controls, financial compliance, and budgeting
* Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and influence a team
