Marketing Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team, ensuring smooth delivery of internal and external engagement initiatives.

* Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including venue bookings, catering, AV support, guest lists, and run sheets.
* Support merchandise coordination, stock management, and distribution.
* Manage and maintain SharePoint pages and internal communications platforms.
* Assist with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budget spend.
* Manage and coordinate team calendars and travel arrangements.
* Support meeting logistics, minute taking, and action tracking.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
* Create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
