Your new role
As a Business Advisory Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Manager and Adviser Services team to prepare business advisory and accounting work within agreed timeframes, ensuring compliance with industry legislation and regulations. Your responsibilities will include producing compliance reports, special-purpose financial documents, and monthly management reports. You will lead an Adviser Support Team, assigning and reviewing work, and fostering the development of team members. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, proactively communicating and ensure their needs are met.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in management within an Australian accounting firm.
* Strong understanding of industry legislation and regulations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and support team members.
* Exceptional communication skills to manage and nurture client relationships.
* Ability to produce high-quality compliance and financial documents within set deadlines.
