The Role
In this position, you will manage end-to-end export operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all shipments move smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing job files from start to finish, acting as the primary contact for allocated customers
Handling bookings and preparing all export documentation in line with SOPs and customer requirements
Monitoring shipment milestones and ensuring all data is accurately updated in the TMS
Coordinating with airlines, CTOs and warehouse teams to ensure timely uplift and cargo movement
Completing billing requirements accurately, including capturing all revenue and costs
Supporting with dispute resolution and customer enquiries
Liaising with carriers for space allocation, confirmed schedules and loading plans
Previous experience in Air Freight
