At Fusion5, we partner with organisations to deliver meaningful transformation through Microsoft technologies. We’re growing our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) practice and looking for a Principal Consultant to lead strategic engagements and drive impactful outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading end-to-end D365 CE implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
* Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business needs into scalable solutions
* Driving pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, and proposals
* Ensuring high-quality delivery across projects, from discovery through to go-live
* Mentoring consultants and uplifting capability across the CE team.
About You
You’re a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement consultant who thrives in client-facing roles, confidently partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. You combine strong consulting expertise with commercial awareness, take ownership end-to-end, and are passionate about driving real customer outcomes while mentoring others and lifting team performance.
What you’ll bring
* 10+ years’ experience in consulting, with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE expertise
* Deep understanding of customer experience, sales processes, and service operations
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills – comfortable working with C‑suite
* Commercial mindset with experience supporting pre-sales and account growth.
