We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their esteemed team in the heart of Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on estate disputes.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial litigation matters.
* Handling a diverse caseload of estate disputes, including will challenges, trust disputes, and probate litigation.
* Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
* Drafting and filing court documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs.
* Representing clients in court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in commercial litigation.
* Demonstrated expertise in estate dispute resolution.
* Strong understanding of Queensland estate laws and procedures.
* Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters.
* Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
