Role Overview
The COO will oversee multiple areas of the business, including retail, marketing, eCommerce, logistics, and operations. You will play a key role in driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning teams across the organisation. Reporting to the Board, you will be accountable for overall business performance, profitability, and long‑term value creation.
* Leading strategic planning and execution to support business growth
* Driving revenue and operational performance across retail, digital, and marketing channels
* Optimising eCommerce operations, customer experience, merchandising, and logistics
* Ensuring efficient workflows, team alignment, and operational discipline
* Supporting financial planning, forecasting, and cost management
* Collaborating with senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives
About You
You are an accomplished senior executive with experience in retail or consumer businesses. You bring commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and proven leadership capabilities to drive growth and operational excellence.
* 10+ years in senior leadership (COO, CEO, GM, Head of, or equivalent)
* Track record in scaling businesses, ideally to $90M+ revenue
* Strong commercial focus, balancing growth with profitability
* Knowledge of retail and eCommerce operations
* Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex operations
* Strategic, analytical, and results‑driven mindset
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
