Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth and strengthen our footprint in ANZ's connected retail media space. The ideal candidate will bring an established network across agencies and brands, a proven track record in consultative sales, and the drive to build lasting client partnerships.

This is a highly visible role with direct responsibility for commercial growth in ANZ Region, with opportunities to expand across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the
APAC Commercial Director
and
Head of Growth
to execute the sales strategy and deliver revenue targets.
* Develop new business opportunities with agencies and direct brands, from prospecting to closing.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges.
* Present proposals, pitch decks, and business cases that clearly articulate value to clients.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
* Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimal commercial agreements.
* Represent adm-Indicia Connected Retail at senior-level client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
* Stay ahead of market trends, proactively contributing to innovation and product development.
* Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture with a strong focus on results and client success.

What We're Looking For

* Experience:
5–10 years in sales or business development, ideally in media, digital, retail, or programmatic environments. Agency or publisher background is a strong plus.
* Network:
Strong relationships with agencies and direct clients in Singapore (including but not only - FMCG, Retail, Alcohol & Beverage).
* Sales Skills:
Proven ability to consistently hit/exceed targets, manage pipelines, and negotiate senior-level deals.
* Commercial Acumen:
Strong business driver with the ability to identify, size, and pursue opportunities.
* Communication:
Excellent presentation, influencing, and closing skills. Comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders.
* Mindset:
Entrepreneurial, resilient, and self-motivated, with a growth mindset and strong team spirit.
* Tools:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field preferred.
