What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor BI teams in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision‐making
* Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
* Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions
* Translate complex, multi‐source healthcare datasets into clear, actionable insights
* Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems interpret clinical and operational data
* Contribute structured expert feedback that directly influences how leading AI models are trained
Who You Are
* Seasoned professional with strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare data management
* Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
* Experienced working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
* Strategic thinker who can connect data to real‐world care delivery and organizational outcomes
* Detail‐oriented and able to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non‐technical audiences
* Self‐motivated and reliable when working independently in a flexible, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
* Familiarity with EHR systems, population health platforms, or clinical data warehouses
* Background in value‐based care, quality improvement, or healthcare operations
* Exposure to advanced analytics, machine learning, or predictive modeling in a healthcare context
