The Company: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager - Internal Control to join a committed team within the automotive industry. In this important role, you will oversee financial compliance, risk management, and the design and maintenance of robust internal control frameworks. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial operations, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting a culture of accountability and transparency across the business. The Role: Reporting to the Head of Finance, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Management of annual internal & external audit reviews and procedures to mitigate risk Implement project plan for outstanding audit items and tax compliance activities Manage relationships with Auditors, Taxation Consultants, ATO & Banks Oversee reporting obligations for payment times, ensuring compliance Lead and mentor a team of two finance professionals, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure strong financial controls and compliance.
