Full details will be provided in detail at the client interview but will include – Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understand insurance needs and objectives. Provide guidance on insurance products, risk management strategies and industry trends. Collaborate with colleagues, underwriters and claims. Address or escape client enquiries and complaints. Follow policies, processes and procedures. Claims handling. Business development. Risk management, compliance and continuance improvement by staying informed. Provide guidance, supervision, mentoring and training to team members.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Managing Director and works with a small team.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have –
Police/ASIC clearance [or ability to obtain].
Experience in commercial general insurance. Rural experience highly regarded.
Tier 1 and 2 in general insurance or the ability to obtain.
