About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and coordinate the operations of our Adelaide branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and operations management, with strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including logistics, administration, and customer service. They will also lead a small team and manage daily operations, as well as contributing to ongoing process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating the logistics, administration, and customer service of the branch
* Leading a small team and managing daily operations
* Coordinating truck drivers, operators, yard men etc. on a day-to-day basis
* Contributing to ongoing process improvements
* Communicating regularly with customers
* Ensuring the operation of the yard is working in accordance with site safety policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
* A proven track record in sales and operations management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
