Speech Pathologist
We are a leading provider of Allied Health support in Australia, delivering services to thousands of participants in the community. Our team of Speech Pathologists work closely with individuals and families to provide high-quality speech pathology services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong time management skills and be able to manage a varied caseload.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services
* Delivering speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
* Using clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants get more out of life
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
To be considered suitable, you will have:
* Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude and motivation by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
* Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
