Your Opportunity
As a member if our Enterprise Advisory Oracle Practice, the Oracle EPM Consultant will play a critical role by:
1. Partner with your clients understand the 'art of the possible' by utilising Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) to better analyse, understand, and report on their business.
2. Drive the linkage between strategy and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
3. Play an active role on client engagements; To design, build, configure, test and deploy Oracle EPM and ERP applications.
4. Work independently with technical and functional direction from workstream leads to deliver finance transformation programs for our clients.
5. Accurately and efficiently define and document finance business processes to underpin successful EPM implementations.
6. Configure out-of-the-box functionality, and where necessary adapt to meet user requirements.
7. Analyse, refine and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge and strong and clear communication skills.
8. Play an active role in go to market activities, including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions on new business development pursuits.

12. Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and a working knowledge of the broader Fusion ERP suite and its application to addressing business challenges.
13. Experience in Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and performance reporting.
14. Knowledge of current technology trends, innovations and their practical (or potential) application in Enterprise Performance Management
15. Functional knowledge of finance systems and processes.
16. Background in technology as well as financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and are capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
