**About the Role**
Located in Adelaide and reporting to the Branch Service Manager, this position supervises the efficient delivery of customers' new units and provides direction to the workshop team for repairs of rental fleet.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Achieve WHSE KPIs and strive for a zero-harm environment
- Supervise the efficient flow of work through the workshop
- Provide guidance to the workshop Pre-Delivery staff
- Provide weekly progress reports on new unit production levels
- Provide a high level of customer service in line with TMHA values
- Identify areas of possible growth
- Ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure TMHA policies and procedures are followed
**Skills and Experience**:
- Trade qualification in material handling equipment or similar field would be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership skills, including people management and supervision.
- Commitment to maintaining safe work practices (safety qualification would be highly regarded).
- Previous experience in IC, Battery Electric and Hydraulics would be advantageous.
- A high level of product knowledge, or willingness to participate in training programs to increase your product knowledge.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (M3) would be highly regarded
