Job Description
A well-established medical centre located west of the Blue Mountains, is seeking a GP to join their team, covering for one of the female doctors currently on maternity leave. With a collaborative environment and a focus on patient care, this practice offers a supportive workplace for both experienced GPs and doctors working towards Fellowship. About the Practice
The team consists of five GPs, two nurses, and administrative staff who work together to provide high-quality healthcare. The clinic operates under a mixed billing model, giving doctors the opportunity to build strong patient relationships while achieving excellent earnings. Depending on prior GP experience in Australia, billing percentages typically range from 65% to 70%.
Support and Mentorship The principal GP offers on-site mentoring, providing valuable guidance for doctors working towards their Fellowship (FSP). The practice is also open to candidates beginning on the PFP program while waiting for their FSP term to commence.
Modern Facilities and Community Roots The clinic operates from a state-of-the-art building, offering ample secure parking, disabled access, and two fully equipped treatment rooms.
