What We're Looking For
* Experience – 1‐2 years of leadership experience in retail (apparel/footwear experience is a plus).
* Leadership – A natural motivator who can inspire, coach and lift others to perform their best.
* Results‐Driven – Proven ability to hit sales targets and build strong team performance.
* Agile & Adaptable – Confident decision‐maker who thrives under pressure and moves fast when it matters.
