**Your next opportunity**
**Your day will involve**:
- Oversee the daily operations of a number of operational sites, implementing best practices to streamline processes and optimize production and delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production managers and staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor site performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the region.
**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the building materials, construction or manufacturing industries.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and quality control standards (desirable).
