This is a technical HR leadership role with full responsibility for organisational design, workforce planning, change management, leadership development, performance systems and the end‑to‑end employee experience. You will lead the development and execution of a People & Culture strategy that strengthens capability, supports sustainable growth and protects the culture that underpins the firm's success.
You will balance strategic direction with hands‑on delivery — shaping long‑term frameworks while also rolling up your sleeves to implement practical, high‑impact initiatives. Your work will ensure the organisation has the right structure, skills and leadership confidence to thrive in a complex, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of a People & Culture strategy aligned to organisational growth and industry expectations
* Oversee organisational design, workforce planning and the development of key people initiatives
* Shape the experience of critical people moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and transition
* Drive change management initiatives that support scalability, transformation and operational excellence
* Equip and empower leaders through coaching, capability uplift and contemporary people practices
* Strengthen performance frameworks, talent development, succession planning and engagement
* Nurture and protect a culture defined by clarity, accountability and care
* Provide expert HR advice and insights to the Managing Director and senior leadership team
About You
You are an experienced People & Culture leader with a strong track record in a scaling professional services environment. You bring deep expertise in organisational development, performance systems and change frameworks, and you know how to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
You are commercially aware, credible with senior stakeholders and confident navigating complexity. You build trust quickly, coach leaders effectively and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You thrive in environments where you can shape direction, influence culture and deliver practical, meaningful outcomes.
