We have 120 beds spread across various care units, focusing on the holistic well-being of our residents. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience within our Care Home.
You will be responsible for creating a seamless customer journey, from initial contact to ongoing support. Your role will involve warmly welcoming prospective residents and assisting them throughout the admission process.
* Customer Experience: Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
* Administrative Support: Enhance our team's efficiency with precise rostering, recruitment, and onboarding tasks.
* Service Delivery: Provide impeccable service, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards.

Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
* Experience in rostering and familiarity with payroll systems
* Proficient administrative abilities and strong communication skills
* Effective interpersonal skills with a knack for customer service
* Solid computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word & Excel
