This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent Business or Marketing graduates eager to start their careers in a global company. You will gain practical experience across various business areas and build a solid foundation in the operations of a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

About the Team:

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Experience: Manage email, social media, reviews, and disputes
* Operational Support: Assist with fulfillment, administration, lab data, and supply chain
* Brand Experience: Coordinate Smile School, activations, and university events
* Marketing Support: Support community engagement, campaign emails, and manage inbox overflow
* People & Culture Support: Assist with café operations, events, and warehouse activities

Additional Responsibilities:

* Coordinate business operations and experiences
* Assist in planning and executing events and programs
* Manage communications with clients, partners, and stakeholders

* Provide administrative support as needed


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
* Previous internship experience in a similar role (highly desirable)
* Knowledge of the social care industry (a plus)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
