Executive Leader Role

As the head of the Relations and Standards branch, this leader is responsible for managing workplace complaints, conducting complex investigations, and providing guidance on conduct-related matters.
* Extensive experience in human resources or industrial relations roles, preferably with relevant qualifications, is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and direct the team, driving continuous improvement and positive cultural change.
* Provide strategic advice and coaching to senior management on workplace conduct policy and practice.
* Develop strategies and resources to enhance manager and HR practitioner capabilities in employee conduct and performance management.
* Research and prepare comprehensive submissions, briefs, reports, and correspondence related to initiatives and issues.
* Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote positive outcomes.
* Represent the department on committees, working groups, and forums to drive successful program delivery.
