Maintenance Planning Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee maintenance planning and associated capital projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
This role involves:
* Delivering high-quality workflow management processes
* Prioritizing task response planning, scheduling, budget preparation, and reporting
* Providing technical support to the maintenance team as needed
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Performing maintenance job & project planning, materials ordering, and scheduling
* Maintaining and updating PM routines in the CMMS under consultation with relevant stakeholders
* Contributing to continuous improvement, RCFA, and Reliability programs
Requirements include:
* Appropriate qualifications or experience – Engineer or Trade background
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience with Asset Life Cycle Management & all Reliability related processes
* Good computer skills and experience in CMMS master data management
