**Key Requirements**:
- Prior experience in Supervision / Foreman Roles within the piling industry
- Casing and polymer mix drilling experience for RMS/rail jobs
- Proven Site Supervisor experience in the piling and/or ground engineering industry
- Experience in small/medium-sized deep foundation and retention projects
- Strong knowledge of CFA, Bored Pier and D-Wall Piling projects
- Solid experience in the infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead teams and drive progress
- Experience managing small/medium-sized piling crews
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and governing bodies
- Solid record-keeping skills and focus on adhering to high WHS standards
- Must have full Australian work rights, a valid driver's license, and a white card
