Residential Accommodation Services Manager
The Commercial Services Unit is responsible for providing accommodation solutions to eligible health service staff.
* Manage and oversee the provision of all aspects of residential accommodation, including contract management, tenancy coordination, furnishing, utility connection, maintenance, and cleaning.
* Single point of contact for all issues related to accommodation, including liaison, negotiation, and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders and tenants.
This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively establish and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
* Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate or property management, together with a demonstrated understanding and use of relevant legislation.
* High-level organisational skills, including financial management, initiative, prioritisation, capacity, creativity, adaptability, and flexibility in developing appropriate solutions.
