We’re looking for an Engineer – SCCM/Intune to join our IT Infrastructure team and take endpoint management to the next level. From day one, you’ll be hands-on with SCCM and Intune, owning application deployments, maintaining our Standard Operating Environment (SOE), and making sure our desktops and laptops run flawlessly.
This role is for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, streamlining processes, and turning complex issues into smooth, reliable outcomes. One day you’ll be packaging and deploying critical business apps; the next, you’ll be troubleshooting escalated issues, optimising SCCM/Intune environments, and shaping how we manage endpoints across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
o Own the end-to-end management of SCCM and Intune environments – support, maintenance, and optimisation
o Package, test, and deploy applications across desktops and laptops, ensuring reliability and consistency
o Maintain and enhance the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for company devices
o Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, bringing them to root cause and permanent resolution
o Support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to keep systems secure and efficient
o Identify opportunities to improve automation, streamline deployments, and optimise the user experience
What You Will Bring
You are a proactive IT professional who takes ownership of your environment, delivers results independently, and drives tangible outcomes. You combine deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work seamlessly across teams and stakeholders.
o Proven experience managing and supporting SCCM and Intune in enterprise environments
o Expertise in application packaging, deployment, and testing, with strong scripting skills to automate and optimise processes
o Experience troubleshooting complex issues and providing level 3 support
o Ability to maintain and optimise the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for consistency and compliance
o Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders
o A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
