The Opportunity - Help build places people love to liveJoin Halcyon by Stockland as our new Assistant Community Manager, supporting four welcoming and vibrant over‑50s communities: Halcyon Rise (1 day per week), Halcyon Edgebrook, Halcyon Vista, and Halcyon Providence (across the remaining days, as required).

We're Looking For a...
Warm, community‑minded Assistant Community Manager who enjoys building relationships, supporting homeowners, and working across different locations. You're someone who brings positivity, organisation and a helpful attitude to every interaction.
What you'll do
* Support four Halcyon communities — including Halcyon Rise, Halcyon Edgebrook, Halcyon Vista and Halcyon Providence.
* Provide day‑to‑day operational support across the Community Office and Leisure Precinct, assisting with enquiries and homeowner needs.
* Help welcome new homeowners through pre‑community meetings, handovers and preparing welcome materials.
* Prepare and support regular community communications, including weekly updates.
* Coordinate community activities, events and engagement initiatives.
* Manage bookings, routine checks, maintenance requests and incident reporting to ensure smooth operations.

* Experience in community services, events, operations or administration.

* Organised, with good attention to detail.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
