Role Overview
Start date: Late June.
We are looking for a Customer Service Guru to join our team as a permanent full‐time employee (38 hours per week) at our Townsville office.
Remuneration
* Base salary: $56,950 (excluding super).
* Bonuses and penalties as applicable.

Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer experience through calls, chats and emails.
* Resolve customer issues with a high level of customer service skills.

Qualifications
* High customer service skills or a robust drive to provide exceptional service.
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
* Successful candidates will undergo a National Police Check.
Working Hours & Schedule
* Rotation roster:
o Mon‐Fri 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (AEDST) and 9:00 am – 8:00 pm (AEST).
o Sat‐Sun, public holidays: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (AEDST) and 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (AEST).
Location
Townsville office (on‐site).
