Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 41 residential aged care homes and support at home services across WA, NSW and ACT. The newly created role

* Option to work part time (minimum 3 days) or full time at our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility
* Assist with the preparation and ongoing readiness for accreditation visits
* Prepare data analysis, reports and trends to identify priorities and risks, and support the continuous improvement plan for the home
* Plan, coordinate and deliver education
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify the areas of education to focus on
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided and make any necessary improvements
* Deliver education on orientation days for new staff

About you:

* Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as an Educator, Quality Specialist or Senior Registered Nurse in residential aged care
* Excellent clinical knowledge and a sound understanding of the strengthened standards
* Able to conduct audits, use critical thinking to analyse data and identify areas for improvement
* Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support, engage and inspire staff
* Energetic, proactive, passionate, computer savvy, and a big picture approach to quality and education
