About the RoleThis role of Family Accounts and Finance Officer is to support the day‐to‐day operations of the Business Services Unit across the Accounts Receivable and Finance working groups. This role is a generalist role within the Business Services Unit, which is a busy and skilled team that supports the financial and administration functions of the school. As the school outsources the management of parent fees, a substantial component of this position is to oversee that accurate and timely debtor information is prepared, managed and communicated to stakeholders. Further, the role will provide support as required for payroll, accounts payable and purchasing officer.
The role upholds the value of Christ‐centred education, whether engaging with external stakeholders or internally when working alongside peers and other areas of the school community.
This is a full time position, 48 weeks a year and 4 weeks annual leave. The Family Accounts and Finance Officer is responsible directly to the Finance Manager on a day‐to‐day basis and to the Business Manager. The Business Manager is responsible to the Principal.
