Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the customer's business and financial needs
* Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach to support their business needs
* Provide appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and customer needs
* Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively assist customers. Attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts is also crucial. Additionally, the ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
