We require comprehensive support services in cloud computing, data visualization, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. This includes providing seamless operations to our valued customers and internal staff.
Key Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft environments (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365) and analytics environments (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Hands-on experience with various technologies including security, networking, and A/V support.
* Prior experience supporting external customers and analytics environments.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors and manage a broad spectrum of technologies.
* Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
