Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Services Director. This is a key leadership position that requires strong business acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the school's financial, physical, and human resources. This includes finance, budgeting and procurement, building and assets, including information and communication technology (ICT) and recruitment, selection, and induction. Experience with promotions, public relations, and school and student administration would be ideal.

The Corporate Services Director will work closely with the principal and be a valued member of the Executive Leadership Team. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and effective individual who can build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and community.


Key Responsibilities

* Financial Management: Manage the school's finances, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Department policy and guidelines.
* Resource Management: Oversee the management of the school's physical and human resources, including ICT and recruitment.
* Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the school, working collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

* Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to deliver business outcomes and provide sound customer service principles and practices.
* Communication Skills: Possess well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to use effective negotiation skills.
* Financial Management Skills: Have sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
* Human Resource Management Skills: Possess sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems.
