What we need from you
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project, operations, or quality management.
Intermediate proficiency in Business Operations Management.
Intermediate proficiency in Project Portfolio Management tools.
Experience defining scope, managing milestones, and overseeing dependencies.
Strong documentation, governance, and reporting abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Australian Citizenship with an active NV1 security clearance.
Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week.
Role
We are looking for a
Quality Assurance Manager
to support a major program of work with a Federal Government client. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving delivery quality, documentation standards, and operational excellence across multiple project teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project management activities.
Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Manage milestones, dependencies, and timelines across the program.
Review and set documentation standards for all program deliverables.
Support the management of contractual and operational commitments.
Monitor delivery performance and quality using structured reporting and metrics.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Skills You'll Bring
Intermediate proficiency in Business Operations Management.
Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools.
Strong understanding of project governance and documentation standards.
Advanced skills in program and portfolio governance (highly regarded).
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
