About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Parts Interpreter/Storeperson to join our team.
As a key member of our operations, you will provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial, and mining customers, leveraging your expert automotive/mechanical knowledge.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret technical specifications and assist customers with product information and advice.
* Process customer orders efficiently and effectively.
* Picking & packing orders in a timely manner.
* Dispatch products and parts promptly.
* Promote special offers and sales initiatives.
* Perform general store person duties.
* Arrange buy-ins and process customer credits.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone).
* Contribute to a culture of safety by prioritizing safety protocols.
This role requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
