About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bagging Plant Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bagging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products. You'll play a key part in maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets. You will have high attention to detail for changing the digital settings on the plant.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor bagging machinery and related equipment.
* Ensure accurate weighing, filling, and sealing of bags according to specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
* Record production data and report any discrepancies or equipment faults.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant operations role (preferred).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Physically fit and able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25kg].
* Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required.
