- Identify your business processes, procedures, policies and how you implement them
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service position.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy and solutions focused approach to call resolution
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict
- Possess organisational skills and have a high degree of accuracy in capturing details
- Ability to be flexible, team player, work as part of a large team in an open floor plan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
