A leading engineering company delivering innovative, large-scale solutions across infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors have a rare opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable specialist with SAP (S/4 HANA) implementation experience to join the project team on a 12 month fixed term contract. With a strong focus on quality, safety and sustainability, they partner with clients to design, build and maintain complex projects that shape industries and communities.
The Role
Collaborating with a Project team of four and working closely with thew SAP consultants, the responsibilities of the role will include,
* Collaboration with key stakeholders
* BAU Accounts Payable processing in SAP
* Create, monitor and close PO's and GR's
* 3 way matching and testing
* Support SAP reporting and data extraction for project tracking and audits
* Process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
* Support the end-to-end P2P process from purchase requisition through to payment
* Collaborate with procurement, project and finance teams to ensure purchasing compliance
About you
The successful applicant will have/be,
* Highly experienced in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-pay
* Highly skilled in SAP (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)
* Strong understanding of finance and procurement workflows
* Well developed problem solving and investigation skills
* Experienced in systems implementations
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
