You will have the opportunity to continue clinical work according to your skills, interest areas and the needs of the service. You will be part of a great team and Allied Health community, and living in our lovely rural city. You’ll be working with a team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants with a wealth of clinical experience and specialised skills. The team works with ED, ICU, Acute and Rehabilitation Wards, Outpatients and Sub-Acute Outreach, so no two days will be the same. You’ll plan, implement, evaluate and report on services, and identify, develop and lead ongoing quality improvement activities to improve patient care. Staff management, including recruitment, leadership, development and performance management are part of the role and you will be responsible for managing the resources of the physiotherapy team to deliver efficient and effective service. In this role, you will be required to demonstrate advanced reasoning skills in the provision of clinical care, clinical supervision and support and exercise of independent professional judgement in solving problems and managing complex situations.
