Drive business growth and retention for a portfolio of risk protection and insurance customers in the Adelaide region.
1. Generate new business opportunities from a large, existing customer base by leveraging key relationships and developing targeted sales strategies.
2. Retain existing business by delivering exceptional account management services, including proactive communication and tailored solutions.
3. Expand the existing customer portfolio through strategic customer acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling initiatives.
4. Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a value-driven approach.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant experience in risk protection or insurance sales (essential).
* Sales and field experience (desirable).
* RG146 Tier 1 Compliance (essential).
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
