UA Holdings Pty Ltd is part of a growing Australian manufacturing group specializing in the development, sourcing and manufacturing of cosmetics, personal care and therapeutic products. The business supports end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics coordination and production planning across its Australian operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SUMMARY OF ROLE

We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. This role will support procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, logistics coordination and supply chain optimization activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze procurement, inventory and operational data to identify supply chain risks, trends and improvement opportunities
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and material consumption patterns to support production continuity
* Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities based on production schedules and business requirements
* Develop and maintain supply chain performance reports and operational analysis for management review
* Evaluate supply chain performance indicators including inventory turnover, supplier lead times and service levels
* Coordinate procurement activities for raw materials, packaging components and manufacturing consumables
* Source and evaluate domestic and international suppliers to support business requirements
* Analyze supplier quotations, lead times, pricing structures and commercial terms to support procurement decision-making
* Participate in supplier negotiations relating to pricing, supply arrangements and order fulfilment
* Monitor supplier performance including delivery reliability, lead times, pricing competitiveness and service quality
* Coordinate inbound logistics activities associated with imported raw materials and packaging components
* Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance progress and freight performance
* Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance reports, inventory analysis reports and operational summaries
* Maintain accurate procurement and supply chain data within SAP and other internal systems
* Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing supply chain efficiency and reducing operational costs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

* A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business, Procurement, Operations Management or a closely related discipline
* At least one (1) year of relevant full-time work experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, inventory management or logistics operations
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Experience using ERP systems such as SAP will be highly regarded
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills
* Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics or related industries will be highly regarded
