We are working with a fast-growing Australian wellness business looking for a talented Graphic Designer with extensive packaging experience to join their in-house creative team.

We're looking for a
Packaging Designer
with experience in commercial consumer goods who excels at creating bold, playful, and visually compelling designs that capture the attention of younger audiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio of work for vibrant, creatively driven brands that stand out on retail shelves and shine on social media. A sharp eye for color, form, and cultural trends is key—along with a passion for transforming fresh, energetic ideas into impactful packaging.
You'll be working across multiple brands, primarily in the beauty and wellness space, supporting both packaging and digital content development.
The Role
* Develop packaging designs across a diverse product range
* Create high-quality product renders and marketing mockups
* Design assets for social media, trade presentations, and retail catalogs
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring launches to life
* Manage end-to-end design projects, from concept through to print-ready artwork
* Maintain strong brand integrity across all visual touchpoints
About You
* 4 years' experience in a design role, must have packaging experience ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
* A portfolio that showcases packaging, branding, and commercial design work
* Experience in skincare, wellness, or beauty is highly regarded
* Strong technical skills across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
* Familiarity with Figma and rendering tools is a bonus
* Confident with print production and artwork setup
