Your new role


As the Aftersales Service Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for managing post-purchase service operations across both business clients (B2B) and retail customers (B2C). You'll work closely with stores, service technicians, and end customers to ensure smooth resolution of service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound service-related calls with professionalism and empathy
* Manage and process after-purchase service reports and warranty claims
* Liaise with retail stores and direct customers to diagnose and resolve service issues
* Coordinate service runs and prepare technician run sheets
* Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up on service outcomes
* Provide exceptional customer care and ensure a positive aftersales experience




What you'll need to succeed

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar customer service or aftersales role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer literacy
* Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients is highly desirable
