About the Role
As a Foreman/Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site, leading a small team and coordinating subcontractors to keep the project moving efficiently. This role suits someone confident on site, decisive, and comfortable stepping in to take control when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive daily site activities, including staff and subcontractors
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure program and milestones are met
* Monitor progress against the construction program and proactively address delays
* Step in, take control, and resolve on-site issues as they arise
* Lead and manage a small on-site team
* Ensure works are completed to quality standards and comply with safety requirements
* Maintain clear communication with the Construction Manager and wider project team

* Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams on site
* Confident managing subcontractors and holding them accountable to program
* Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
