About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of both production and project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination from sales handover through to installation. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll oversee factory operations, manage project timelines, and lead teams to deliver exceptional outcomes across bespoke residential builds and large‐scale commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end project delivery from sales through to installation
* Oversee day‐to‐day factory operations, workflow, and productivity
* Plan and schedule production to meet delivery timelines
* Coordinate with builders and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Maintain high quality standards and reduce rework or defects
* Troubleshoot and resolve production and site issues
* Drive continuous improvement and implement Lean processes
* Lead, mentor, and develop production and factory teams
About You
* Proven experience in aluminium window and door fabrication and installation
* Strong leadership experience within manufacturing or production environments
* Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and factory operations
* Strong problem‐solving skills with a hands‐on approach
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* Experience with V6 estimating software and/or ERP systems (highly regarded)
