Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Executive / Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a particular focus on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through creative content and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
* Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships.
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance (ROI, engagement, leads).
Social Media Management
* Own and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
* Plan and schedule engaging, on‑brand content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
* Monitor social media trends, community engagement, and competitor activity.
* Respond to comments, enquiries, and feedback promptly, maintaining a professional tone.
Content Creation
* Create compelling written, visual, and video content tailored to each channel.
* Work with internal teams (e.g., recruitment consultants, leadership) to source stories, case studies, and testimonials.
* Ensure all content reflects brand values, tone of voice, and diversity standards.
Brand & Communications
* Maintain consistency of branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
* Support internal communications (newsletters, events, staff engagement).
* Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and photographers where needed.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
* Proficiency in marketing and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
* Understanding of SEO, paid social campaigns, and digital performance metrics.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance creativity with data‑driven decision making.
