Red Appointments are partnering with our client, a large and well-established construction services company, to recruit for two positions, one based in Port Adelaide, SA and one based in Freemantle, WA.
About the Roles
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner or HR ADVISOR to join dynamic teams in SA and WA. These roles are pivotal in driving People & Culture strategies and aligning HR practices with business objectives. You will work closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver outcomes in industrial relations, recruitment, compliance, compensation, employee wellbeing, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
* The role involves handling recruitment and onboarding of white-collar roles (typically ten open roles in any given week)
* Issue employment contracts / contract variations
* Support with ER/IR matters
* Attend to HR enquiries and a range of HR related tasks
About You
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor
* Previous recruitment and HR experience specifically within the construction services industry, is highly advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, HRIS systems, SharePoint, and recruitment platforms (e.g., SEEK, LinkedIn).
* Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but not essential
Dependent on availability, skill set an experience, both opportunities will be a temp to perm (up to 2 months) or even potentially, an immediate permanent offer for the right person. Ideally, you will be immediately available to start a new opportunity.
Also dependent on skill and experience the roles can be HRBP or Senior HRBP
