We're looking for reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join ISS and support the Defence base at HMAS Stirling in a variety of essential support service roles.
Available Positions
* Cleaning Staff – Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic facilities.
* Chefs & Catering Assistants – Support meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service.
* Housekeeping Attendants & Reservations Team – Deliver a comfortable, spotless experience for residents through room upkeep, laundry, and guest support.
About You
We're looking for people who:
* Take pride in their work and attention to detail
* Work well both independently and as part of a team
* Have good communication and time management skills
* Are reliable, professional, and positive in attitude
(Previous experience in cleaning, catering, or housekeeping is an advantage but not essential — full training is provided)
* Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
* Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance (including Drug & Alcohol testing)
* Relevant trade qualifications (where applicable)
* Defence or military experience – highly desirable
